How long does the engraving process take?

what if i am not happy with your work?

If you are unsatisfied with our work for any reason, simply email us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We care about our customers satisfaction.

why you do not receive our emails?

can I drop off my order?

Yes, you can. You can drop it off to our location in Vancouver, BC. We will provide the pick up/drop off location as requested.

what are your shipping options and payment?

We accept various payment methods, including PayPal and Email Transfer. Shipping options will be discussed at the time of your order, and we strive to provide quick and reliable delivery.

Do I have to provide the products I would like to have engraved?

That is completely optional. We can provide the products for an additional fee. Full deposits required on all orders.

what information do you need in order to provide me with a quote?

In order to provide you with a quotation for your laser engraving project, we require certain information. Date, Name, Email, Phone Number, Type of Material, Quantity, measurements (inches) of the design, Type and size of Product, high resolution Photo of your Design/picture/logo, location of the design on product, Number of Lines, Font Design, and Due Date. Please fill in the Request for a Quote form.
